Pizza Factory in Cedar City

To start they are very concious of protecting against Covid 19, better than anywhere I've been. The food is prepared well and presented in a manner that encourages the appetite. The menu is the perfect size offering a wide variety of dishes from pizza to pasta to a well maintained and clean salad bar but not so extensive as to give you "order anxiety." The restaurant is very clean and kept that way as are the employees who are very helpful and polite. Great experience, you can't go wrong!

Awesome lunch for the price.

Great pasta and value. Only issue is they charged $6.75 for the 8 wings. They were obviously freezer-to-microwave. I don’t have a problem with this except that it cost me $6.75.

The food is great and the customer services is great. However, the store was not clean. Bathroom had no soap and there was food on the floor.

Whent Saturday pizza and salad was good but the pasta chicken was dry

Delicious pizza! The salad bar had great variety, too. Plus, nowhere else have I seen Red Cream Soda as a beverage option!

Poor service, cant get the order right to save their lives. Literally constantly messing up people's orders. Went with friends, brought out the wrong food twice. That could be forgiven if their pizza was amazing, but it's not. It tastes about as good as a totinos from the grocery store, seriously that's how it tastes and is three times as much. The only saving grace is they have decent bread sticks.

They have the cutest staff! Especially the sweet little brunette with the contagious smile. I think her name is Shelby!

Was told 15 min on the phone for 1 sandwich, ended up waiting an additional 37 minutes! Unacceptable! Your parking lot was barely half full so you were not as busy as I have seen from the previous times I have dined there... pick it up people!

Glad to know Bacon is 50 cents per slice :/ Was really happy about the timing though, everything was out timely, we didn't wait long at all. The garlic bread was alright, not fully cooked, and the pizza was over cooked, but loaded with cheese . The salad bar was dirty and after 20 minutes, still not cleaned, but I was happy to see that the tables and floor were cleaned. Better sandwich than subway, you can tell it's fresh.

Their bread sticks are the best in the business. Great selection of pizza, calzones, and pasta with an awesome salad bar. If you like spicy, you got to try the hot pasta!

Food was good. A little more than I though it should cost. Service was great. Wish I could have a 2nd trip to the salad bar!

We got our chicken Alfredo it was great, without CHICKEN... Maybe if there was a adult in the building little mistakes like No chicken wouldn't happen. Or actually train your employees how to take orders. READ it back to the customer.

This restaurant is the best kept secret in Cedar City. Not only is the food good, but the young adults employed here are of exemplary character and over and aboard service.In these troubling times, I pray and hope that this restaurant will be given much business to keep this restaurant afloat, and assure that these wonderful young people remain employed.

We took about 80 teens to this place. The group purchased all you can eat. Us drivers sat at one table, teachers from the school at another, and the kids scattered between 4 or so. We asked for a pizza for our table about 5 times. They kept saying they put one on the kids table (1 pie, 8 slices split between 15 kids... yeah theirs none left) we kept asking for some and they kept insisting everyone walk around everyone's tables, and didn't care nothing was there. It wasn't until we were walking out the door that one showed up. They looked super confused as we were leaving. I tried a quick slice, was not even that good. And the salad bar was nasty. Any restaurant would of Brent over backwards for a person who just brought 90 people to their business. This place seemed annoyed

The breadsticks at Pizza Factory are out of this world. Our whole group was really hungry and this food definitely hit the spot. We would recommend the combination that comes with a trip to the salad bar and a personal pizza. The salad bar was wonderful and had great options and everyone loved their personal pizzas. Prices are great for how much food you're getting.

Yummy food, clean place, and they serve you quickly!

The pizza here is 4-star, but the fresh soup is 5-stellar! We get two sodas, a cheesy loaf of garlic bread to share, and two substantial bowls of delicious soup for just over $15. It makes a perfect lunch. So far our favorites are the potato and bacon, the broccoli cheddar, and a corn-potato chowder. They don't publish what soup will be "du jour," so it's a little luck-of-the-draw unless you call ahead.

My boyfriend and I came here to have date night, and they just reopened after the covid-19 everything was absolutely clean and sanitary! The pizza was amazing!!!! Made to order! The garlic and cheese bread we both recommend! Unfortunately the salad bar was still closed due to the virus. But I’m sure it would’ve been amazing as well! Better than the first time we came here the atmosphere was also very cute and fit the place! We will be back for sure!

This is a fun place for a really large group to gather and not worry about noise. There is quite a bit of variety and a fresh salad bar. They offer a low carb veggie pasta, along with many varieties of regular pasta and all kinds of pizza. I'm mostly a salad girl, so I didn't try the pizza on this visit but when I have in the past it was pretty good.

One of our favorite lunch spots. Their lunch specials are such a great value and the food is always good. Lunch rush can be a bit crazy though.

We are on a 3 week road trip and needed a break from eating out of the cooler. Craving pizza we pulled into the lot less than 5 minutes before close planning to beg the staff to make us za. The employees were incredibly kind and helpful. Graciously making the pizza and bringing it out to our car along with plates and napkins. 5 stars to the closing staff on Tuesday, July 16, from these Minnesota travellers!

Food as expected but it was a longer than expected wait to get after the order was placed. That's understandable but there were also several order errors. One item never came and after waiting when being told it was "almost ready" several times (clearly not true as we gave it 20 more minutes) we just decided it wasn't worth it and just left without our item.

Love this food. It is a great atmosphere as well. They have a variety of foods too. The vegetable noodles are awesome.

My wife and I. Were down visiting family. And we came and got lunch. The food was great. My wife and I got there salad bar. Which is fresh. I also had a hot pasta. Which was very tasty.

Let’s get this place closed... or either get them to get better ingredients. Please don’t support this place. You’re wasting your money because I’m sure the food here is also found in the frozen section at the grocery store. I paid over 30 bucks when really all of it could’ve been less than 10. My wife found human hair in her angel hair spaghetti. I couldn’t finish the pizza, so I boxed it and gave it to my dog. Normally I don’t give him people food, if you can call it that. He didn’t even care for it, and the things he finds in the cat’s litter box are a delicacy to him.

Poor quality Pizza and the cheese was fair. The lettuce in the salad bar was wilted but the rest of the salad bar was fine. The waitress was attentive and helpful.

Great pizza. Great service. The set up is really efficient, my mom and I sat down and we had our food within 5-10 min

Pleasantly surprised. I didn't have high expectations, maybe that's why I'm giving them 4 stars. Service was good. Food was a tasty. Was not bland as I was expecting. The pizza had lots of cheese the way I like it.
